Q: Do you provide equipment?
A: I do not supply equipment directly. However, I can recommend appropriate aids and adaptations (such as grab rails, ramps or sock aids) and demonstrate how to use them safely. My guidance ensures you know what can be self-sourced or requested through other providers.

Q: What happens during an assessment?
A: Each assessment includes a thorough review of your functional abilities, daily routines, and environment. I provide personalised recommendations and a written report summarising practical strategies and next steps. The length of each assessment varies depending on your needs and complexity.

Q: How long does a follow-up take?
A: Follow-ups usually last 45–60 minutes. If a written report or updated recommendations are required, the visit may be slightly longer and the fee adjusted accordingly.

Q: Where do assessments take place?
A: All assessments are carried out in your home or a community setting of your choice. Travel within 10 miles of Malvern is included, and additional mileage is charged at 50p per mile.

Q: Do I need a referral?
A: No referral is required. You can contact me directly to discuss your needs, book an assessment, or arrange a follow-up. I am happy to provide guidance to help you decide which service is most appropriate.

Q: How soon can I get an appointment?
A: I offer flexible scheduling within my private practice. Please get in touch to discuss your availability, and I will do my best to accommodate your preferred times.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee, which protects both your time and mine, and ensures continuity of care for other clients.
