About Me
I am a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of experience working in healthcare.
Before qualifying as an Occupational Therapist, I worked for ten years as a Healthcare Assistant in an acute hospital setting. This gave me a strong appreciation for compassionate, person-centred care and the importance of supporting people during vulnerable times.
As a qualified Occupational Therapist, I have worked primarily in acute and frailty settings, supporting adults experiencing functional decline, complex health conditions and increased falls risk. I have also supported individuals managing fatigue-related conditions, ADHD and mental health challenges that impact daily life.
What matters most to me is that support feels practical and achievable. I understand that changes in health can feel frustrating, unsettling or even frightening. My role is not to overwhelm you with advice, but to work alongside you to find solutions that genuinely fit your life.
I aim to create a calm, respectful and supportive space where concerns can be discussed openly and realistic strategies can be developed together.
I maintain ongoing professional development and practise in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
